What is Fermata Auto?

Fermata Auto, officially called Fermata Media Player, is a free and open-source audio, video and TV player for Android created by Andrey Pavlenko. It is designed around how people actually store media: in folders. It remembers the last track and position of each folder, so you can pick up exactly where you left off on your phone, on Android TV, or on your car display through Android Auto.

Because it is open source under GPL-3.0, you can inspect the code, build it yourself, and download it without ads or payment.
